Assignment Details

Our client, a Development Sector Housing Finance Company, is looking to engage with a Training and Development Consultant to:

- Conduct a workshop on 'Communication Skills' for the Leadership team of the organization in Singapore
- Design the complete curriculum and deliver the same at the training event
- Research regarding the theme, develop scripts, and original content

This intervention is aimed at covering the following areas :
- Strengthening the organization's Culture & Ethos
- Developing Interpersonal Skills
- Creating Leadership Impact through Communication

- This opportunity is for a duration of 3- 5 days in July and requires a person to travel to Singapore to conduct the workshop. It is an onsite and full-time capacity project.
- The extra traveling, accommodation, and visa charges will be borne by the client.

Skills Required

- Experience as a Training & Development Coach or Life Coach would be a plus
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Training and Development
- Original content writing and strong editing skills in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and creatively find solutions to challenges
