Assignment Details

Our client, a Development Sector Housing Finance Company, is looking to engage with a Consultant - Executive Coach

1. Conduct sessions with leaders across the organization
2. Develop coaching material for sessions with senior leadership of the organization including the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Chief Business Officer (CBO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and others.
3. Deliver sessions to enhance knowledge and soft skills of leadership on the basis of target topics, as per the client's aim and goals.

This project is Based in Delhi NCR and is for a Duration of 6 Months, and requires a person to devote Part Time Capacity in an Onsite Model

Skills Required

1. Proven experience as a Leadership and Executive coach
2. Should have specialization in organization building
3. Prior experience of working with development sector firms, think tanks, academics or NPOs is ideal
4. Excellent presentation and communication skills
5. Exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
