A design-led data science consulting firm
Our client is a data science consulting firm working with a Consumer Tech firm. They are looking to engage with a consultant who has significant experience on designing the Customer Health Indicator Framework for B2B Customers
Key Responsibilities :
1. Brainstorm on the appropriate metrics and indicators to assess Customer Satisfaction
2. Forecast customer spending and assess churn rate
3. Help the client to understand Customer Satisfaction and Customer Behaviour; cluster customers accordingly
4. Architect the indicator framework using relevant data sets
5. Advise the client on the steps to take forward
Note - This is a 2 months full-time project requiring remote support.
1. Hands on B2B customer experience in consumer tech goods is a must
2. Should have in-depth understanding of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Behaviour indicators
3. Experience in AWS, Azure, VMVare, Google Cloud is preferred.
4. Proven expertise is Enterprise and Strategic customer relationship management
