Our Client, a Customer loyalty and Monetization company, is looking to engage with a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst with experience in travel (airlines) or banking sectors. This role requires the use of data analytics tools such as
PowerBI and Excel to analyze large datasets and provide valuable insights to clients. A strong understanding of business analytics models such as Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), RFM, and What-If Analysis is required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Predictive modeling and data mining in a banking and insurance context using large and complex datasets
2. Statistical modeling techniques such as linear regression, logistic regression,
GLM, tree models, cluster analysis, principal components.
3. Develop use cases using Naive Bayes Theorem, Random Forest Classifiers etc. and creating next best action recommendation models.
4. Creation of Customer Lifetime Value Models; and behavioural modeling experience.
1. Ability to visualize data using PowerBI, Tableau.
2. Ability to use SaS Dataminer; SPSS
3. Ability to use Python and R.
