Our client, A Customer Loyalty and Monetization company is looking to engage with a Project Director Consultant.
1. Supervise the consulting team (business analysts, data analysts, consultants.)
2. Oversee the project deliverables, detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
3. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigating actions proactively.
4. Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
5. Coordinate and manage the efforts of the consulting team, including remote and onsite members.
6. Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to all stakeholders.
Client Relationship Management:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for the client, addressing their concerns, and
maintaining a strong, positive relationship.
2. Understand the client's business objectives, challenges, and industry landscape, and leverage this knowledge to ensure the project delivers maximum value.
3. Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to the client and consulting team in a clear and timely manner.
4. Prepare and deliver clear and concise presentations to client’s senior management
5. Collaborate with the client to address any changes in project scope, resources, or timelines, and negotiate appropriate adjustments to the project plan.
1. Provide guidance, support, and motivation to the consulting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
2. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the project's subject matter, enabling effective collaboration with subject matter experts and team members.
3. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members for their growth and development.
1. Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with the client's requirements.
2. Working with the client and teams to identify and manage service improvement activities.
3. Track and manage project performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
1. Document lessons learned, best practices, and project successes, and share this
knowledge with the broader organization.
2. Contribute to the development of thought leadership, case studies, and other materials to showcase the project’s success and the value delivered to the client.
1. Position type and expected hours of work: This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday to Friday. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
2. May at times be required to work from home.
3. Travel: As per job & client requirement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
2. 8+ years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on project management and client engagement.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale consulting projects.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
7. Ability to travel and work onsite at the client’s location as needed.
