Assignment Details

Our Client, a customer loyalty and monetization company is looking for a Data Analyst with experience
in travel (airlines) or banking sectors. This role requires the use of data analytics tools such as PowerBI and Excel to analyze large datasets and provide valuable insights to clients. A strong understanding of business analytics models such as Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), RFM, and What-If Analysis is required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Gather, interpret, and analyze large volumes of data using statistical techniques and advanced analytics tools.
2. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to provide valuable insights to decision-makers.
3. Leverage data to perform marketing analyses, such as CLV, RFM, and contribute to the development of strategic marketing initiatives.
4. Perform financial analysis, including 'What-If' scenarios, to aid in strategic planning and decision-making.
5. Use data visualization tools like PowerBI to present data and insights in a comprehensible format.
6. Collaborate with clients and internal teams, understand their requirements, and deliver accurate and timely insights.
7. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for various stakeholders.
8. Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs

Skills Required

1. 5+ years of proven work experience as a Data Analyst, preferable in the travel or banking sectors.
2. Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (PowerBI etc.), databases (SQL etc.)
3. Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.)
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively share insights and influence decision-making.
6. Strong problem-solving skills with a flair for turning complex data into useful information and actionable items.
7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work in an organized, disciplined manner.
8. Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information
Management or Statistics; a Master's degree will be an added advantage.
