Our client, A Customer Loyalty and Monetization company is looking to engage with a Senior Design Consultant.
• Build out Customer Value Proposition with the help of inputs from domain experts
• Benchmarking & studying best practices across client domains & universal best practices
• Managed interactions with cross functional teams in strategy design/ client planning and ability to identify key takeaways that need incorporation in the design
• Should have designed/ redesigned or participated in design of customer touchpoint/ customer experience/ customer retention processes
• Must have created budgets for various units with a deep knowledge of all elements of costs of digital marketing/ customer loyalty
• Estimation of resource requirements for program implementation
• Extensive modeling/ iterations on Excel
• Interaction with client product owners, functional leaders/ managers, front end staff and customers and having done dip sticks/ qualitative interviews to gather inputs/ feedback on various recommendations
• Managed multiple deliverables, concurrently, with minimum guidance and without
compromising on quality
• Must have ability to keep design elements simple and design for ease of implementation
• Ability to prioritize work elements efficiently and ability to get output from stakeholders on time
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for data analysis, market research, branding and contact center for their deliverable
- Must have worked closely with the Project Head to understand client processes & functions and design processes & workflows for the client marketing/ customer
acquisition/ loyalty program
-Understanding of aviation domain will be an added advantage.
-Excellent creative, communication, and organizational skills having patience & perseverance
-Attention to detail and time management skills.
-Aptitude to work with mid & senior levels of client organizations & not getting
-Excellent presentation & communication skills including ability to create -PowerPoint presentations and build Excel workbooks and process orientation
-MBA with over 8 to 10 years’ experience in consulting.
-Experienced from digital agencies, loyalty and marketing companies are preferred.
Experience: 8+ years
Qualification : Post Graduate or Higher
