Assignment Details

Our client, an end-to-end Loyalty Marketing company that runs its own loyalty programs in partnership with large companies, is looking to engage with a Business Analyst Consultant.

Key Responsibilities include:
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of loyalty initiatives and strategies.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize customer experience and loyalty.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of expectations and goals.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to senior management, contributing to data-driven decision-making.

Skills Required

Required skills and qualifications:

- Master's degree in Data Analysis or related field.
- Data analysis tools: SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau
- Loyalty program development
- Process improvement methodologies: Lean Six Sigma
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Certification (optional)
