Our client, a leading Business Consulting and Advisory group, is looking to engage with a Finance and Accounting Lead, who will be directly reporting to a Global F&A lead located in the US.
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to transform finance and accounting operations, aligning with the organization's overall objectives.
2. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in existing finance and accounting processes and implement improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
3. Technology Implementation: Evaluate and implement advanced finance and accounting systems, software, and tools to streamline processes and enable data-driven decision-making.
4. Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and technologies across finance and accounting teams.
5. Risk Management: Implement controls and measures to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
6. Financial Reporting Enhancement**: Enhance financial reporting capabilities to provide timely, accurate, and insightful information to support business decision-making.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as IT, operations, and business leaders, to align finance and accounting transformations with overall business strategies.
8. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.
9. Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the progress and effectiveness of finance and accounting transformation initiatives.
Location: Pune (Hybrid) needs to go there for key meetings, milestones.
