Assignment Details

We are working with a Leading Global Tech Startup and are looking to engage with a Strategy Consultant to develop a very quick outside-in perspective on a potential M&A Strategy for the client.

The Consultant would be required to:

1. Identify the potential opportunities for the client to use M&A strategically, based on (a) review of past acquisitions (b) Understanding of additional skills the company should look to acquire (c) review of the investments made by key competitors globally
2. Reviewing secondary research and reports to provide strategic analysis and logic supporting the hypothesis
3. Synthesise the perspectives into a high quality presentation for a client discussion

This is a 1 week project that can be carried out remotely

Skills Required

1. At least 3-4 years experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm
2. Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities
3. Excellent time-management and organization skills
4. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
