How it works?
If you are a professional,
You will see a tab reading “My Verification” on your dashboard. Clicking on that leads you to a form where you file in your request for verification. You can choose to get “Fully Verified” by opting for both employment/client and reference checks or get “Partially Verified” by opting for any of the two checks. Once the verification is successfully completed, your profile will have a badge featured at the top of your profile indicating that you are a ‘Verified’ professional.
Strengthens a professional’s skill profile and adds credibility by having future clients / companies hear from past ones!
If you are an organisation,
You will be able to see badges against the names and profiles of those professionals for whom background verification has been successfully done. For professionals who are not yet verified, you can opt for conducting their verification before or after contacting them for your assignment.
It will help you make more informed choices about the best professionals for an assignment. Profiles with background verification done, get listed higher, as it’s an important indicator of the authenticity of the profile

Companies can quickly determine a basic level of fit – as the summary profiles tell you at a quick glance whether the candidate has the specific sub-skills (e.g., business modelling and valuations) and industry exposure (e.g., in real estate) and then decide to look at the detailed profiles only where it makes sense instead of having to download and open a hundred plus CVs to find most of them unsuitable.
We have now gone a few steps further to help companies – and professionals – identify a prioritised set of matching profiles or assignments to further enable successful connections. This is done through a heuristic that identifies the degree of ‘match’ for an assignment based on parameters such as sub-skills specified, similar positions held, experience, industry and location.
Companies can see applications organised into one of 3 folders based on the underlying score: Perfect Fit®, Best Fit® and Good Fit®. Instead of looking at hundreds of CVs blind. This will help them to see the most relevant profiles first, prioritise and contact efficiently.
As a professional as well, the heuristic will ensure that the most relevant assignments show up as ‘matching’ on your dashboard and through the regular assignment feeds, making the search a lot easier.

Feedback for professionals
We believe feedback from real prior assignments will give a skill profile that added edge and will provide prospective clients a glimpse of how awesome your work, output, knowledge and attitude is.
How it works?
You choose who to request feedback from – this could be for projects mentioned on your skill profile or any received through Flexing It®.
Select the companies from whom you wish to receive feedback from your Dashboard, and an email with the feedback form will be sent to them.
The feedback request form requests a rating on a 5-point scale on the following parameters - Quality of work, Adherence to timelines, Expertise, and Creativity. There is also room for qualitative commentary.
Any feedback you receive will be linked to and visible on your Flexing It profile. However you could choose to hide it.
fleXpert tags
Companies are often looking for extremely specific expertise or domain knowledge, which can be difficult to identify in case you have multiple resumes to sift through. To enhance accuracy in connections, apart from having a detailed skill profile, we have introduced ‘fleXpert tags’ through which professionals can highlight any topics or areas they know exceptionally well and are viewed by clients, organisations and peers to be an 'expert' in.
You can find this functionality on the skill profile in a section named ‘I am a fleXpert in’. These areas of deep expertise could be product-market niches like vaccines manufacturing, financial inclusion in Africa, etc or knowledge niches like circuit design, international IP Law etc. Separate each topic/expertise area by a comma, auto-create tags and help clients find you effortlessly. Similarly, if you are a company, then while posting a role you will find a section called ‘We want fleXperts in’, and can use this to highlight specific topics that your project demands and the consultant should have expertise in.
