  • Does the Chairman/Group CEO have following meetings? If yes, in what form, with which members, and at what frequency?
  • Is there a dedicated central team for Corporate Strategy, M&A, and post-merger integration in these organizations? If yes, what is the team composition, and roles & responsibilities?
  • What is the composition of Chairman’s office? What are the roles & responsibilities of this team, especially with respect to the above mentioned set of meetings (in question no 2)?
