Question You Would be expected to answer

  • Has the expert entered into an annual rate contract with any client? What factors should be considered for ARC?
  • In current scenario, is it better to go with Annual rate contract or spot buying?
  • Should Annual maintenance contract be bundled during initial buying or should it be bought separately?
  • Can the expert share with us a template to assess OEMs (After sales support, etc.)
  • Any design engineering ideas that can be explored
