Once you click on (Create your account), you can choose to autofill your profile details using your CV or enter details manually.

The clearer and more complete your profile, the better the quality of opportunities you’ll see.
Education
Add your academic background to complete your professional story. This helps strengthen your profile and gives clients greater confidence in your expertise.
Build your Skill Profile
Tell us where your expertise lies by selecting your skills, sub-skills, and industries. This is how we position you to clients and surface relevant project opportunities.
Thoughtfully fill the Flexpert sub-section - tagging your skills here improves both your visibility and the quality of matches.
Profile & Availability
Be sure to complete this section carefully, as it highlights your domain expertise. Add a summary, your work preferences, and availability to shape a clear, client-ready consulting profile.
Pricing Guidance
Before applying, get a sense of what to charge using data-backed benchmarks. This helps you approach opportunities with greater confidence and clarity.
Exploring and Applying to Projects
Your dashboard acts as a central hub for curated opportunities - look out for recommended projects. You can also search and filter using the search for projects section to navigate opportunities.
When a project catches your interest, click on View Details and review carefully, and if it feels like a good fit, proceed with a quick Easy Apply
Upload your CV and answer a few brief questions to demonstrate your suitability. You’ll also be asked to share your expected fees as part of the application. Here are the screenshots below for reference.
Staying Updated
Make sure you enable alerts from your dashboard so you don’t miss relevant opportunities. This ensures you stay informed as new projects become available.
You can manage these in Account and Notification Settings.
Building Credibility
You can:
- Get verified
- Request feedback
Both help strengthen your profile. Verification adds credibility, while feedback and badges signal trust, making clients more likely to engage with you.
Get verified
If you choose to get verified, you can select from the available badges. Once completed, the badge will appear on your profile.
Request Feedback
You can also request feedback from previous employers or clients. Verified feedback adds credibility to your profile and improves your visibility within the platform.
