Assignment Details

We are looking for a dynamic experienced professional with significant experience in leading teams handling large scale civil projects. The consultant would broadly be required to:

1) Set comprehensive goals for performance of all project leaders and growth of all the teams
2) Manage and oversee multiple civil projects that are being undertaken
3) Supervise all project leads and ensure all projects are on track
4) Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
5) Manage strategic relationships with partners/vendors
6) Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop and implement plans to build the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the organisation
7) Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company to the CEO

The consultant would be required to frequently travel to the project sites in Punjab/Indore as and when required.

Skills Required

1) Demonstrable experience in leading business operations
2) Deep knowledge of leading large scale civil projects
3) Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
4) Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
5) Significant development and delivery experience in leading large projects and teams
