In a multi-year partnership, Flexing It is supporting a global pharmaceutical leader in its large-scale digital and data transformation initiatives across multiple regions. This collaboration builds on on-demand talent capabilities to drive the company's Data Stewardship initiatives.
Key Partnership Achievements
- Onboarding top talent: Since the partnership's inception, Flexing It has successfully onboarded and deployed 11 consultants to assist various business functions.

The Data Stewardship program
As part of the Data Stewardship program, Flexing It onboarded a team of three consultants to support the global leader for business insight & analytics. This team brings expertise in data analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, and reporting.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Data Analyst (with Japanese Fluency): Support the commercial operations team with data management and cross-functional collaboration. Proficient in project management, data analytics, and tools like Power BI, MS Office, SQL, and Advanced Excel. The role requires excellent communication skills and Japanese language proficiency to effectively present project updates to leadership.
- Data and Reporting Marketing Lead: Drive the Data Stewardship program in the AFME region, focusing on data quality and compliance for HCP reporting. Expertise needed includes business performance, customer service, and strategic data management, utilising tools such as SQL, Veeva CRM, Data Warehouse, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, or MicroStrategy.
- Data Engineer: Act as the central coordinator for key projects across India-APAC, engaging stakeholders and driving initiatives. This role involves managing and monitoring data across key channels, performing statistical analysis, and supporting the launch of commercial channels while adhering to financial budgets.
- Power BI Consultant: Responsible for driving data quality across APAC and AFME markets. This also includes analysing data using statistical methods, developing automated processes for systematic updates, and creating dashboards to visualise trends.
