Assignment Details

Our client, a top-tier management consulting firm, is seeking individuals who have demonstrated expertise in executing change management initiatives within the context of S/4 HANA implementations, particularly in the Retail/Fashion sectors.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of consulting experience, technical knowledge of S/4 HANA modules, and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement and readiness planning.

Responsibilities:

- Change Impact Assessment: Assess and document the impact of transitioning to S/4 HANA on business processes, systems, and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.
- Role Profile/Security Mapping: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and map role profiles and security requirements in the S/4 HANA environment.
- Business Readiness: Develop and implement plans to ensure that the organisation is ready to adopt S/4 HANA, including communication, training, and readiness assessments.
- Hypercare Support: Provide post-implementation support to address any issues or concerns that arise during the transition period.

Project duration: 12-14 months
Location: Bangalore, Full-time

Skills Required

- Minimum 8-12 years for Senior Change Management Consultant, preferably in a consulting role.
- Experience with S/4 HANA implementation, specifically in Retail/Fashion sectors, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with P2P (Procure-to-Pay), DTC (Direct-to-Consumer), and OTC - (Order-to-Cash) modules within S/4 HANA.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
