Assignment Details

The thrust has to be SIMPLICITY and the main people areas to develop and settle down are
- Sales training and follow up on such delivery, starting with the sales managers
- Incentive schemes for all of the business
- Recruitment as routine function . How to streamline , to make really effective, via process and selection of search companies.
- bringing in fresh talent, gradually to raise the level. Cost benefit/ phasing/ managing risks/ focused search
- performance management system
This position requires the candidate to be based out of Bangalore and the company will not offer any relocation allowance.
