Assignment Details


Working with the Research and Analysis Team
• Applying qualitative and quantitative research techniques to synthesise data and analyse key trends for client presentations (using Excel, SPSS, and other research software).
• Supporting the team in the evaluation of client projects to demonstrate positive impact
• Undertaking desk research (including specialist databases and publications) to support queries and other ad-hoc requests
• Supporting YSC’s practice areas with development, definition and creation of unique perspectives and products, via desk research and data analysis that might be required

Skills Required

Research skills:
• Advanced quantitative analysis – Excel (pivot tables, formulas, graphs), SPSS (significance testing, factor analysis, regression)
• Qualitative analysis – ability to synthesize large sets of qualitative data that clearly show business impact
• Ability to search through a wide range of literature (both academic and commercial) and synthesise findings
Other:
• Excellent communication skills. The individual will liaise across all levels of the business and on occasion, with clients. They will need to be able to ask the right questions to ensure full understanding of what is being required and feedback findings/results clearly and confidently
• High levels of organisation; prioritisation and planning skills in managing multiple work streams.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are key to success

Experience of working in Human Resource Management (HRM) or awareness of HRM practices will be helpful.

We work with organisations to unlock the power of their people through our services in leadership assessment, coaching and development. We have over 100 consultants operating from 18 international YSC offices.

In India, we operate out of Mumbai and have 8 employees. Our clients include leading companies in the manufacturing and BFSI space.
