Assignment Details

Human Resources (HR) - This person will manage all aspects of HR at UnLtd Tamil Nadu. He/She will find, select, train and support volunteers. He/She will also conduct
training for our investees on HR management and support them with specific HR needs. They will work with Marketing and Incubation teams to attract people to apply for the incubation program. They will be responsible for partnerships with external volunteer matchmaking organisations and universities.

Skills Required

Responsibilities:
· Review/revise and develop efficient HR policy and procedures
· Plan and implement recruiting strategy in order to meet the hiring plans in a timely and cost effective manner.
· Develop and maintain contacts with volunteer/intern platforms, universities and other recruitment sources.
· Set up and manage performance management processes & facilitate the periodic performance assessment of the volunteers.
· Identify the training needs of the organization and individuals.
· Recommend, develop and schedule training & development courses.
· Ensure good human relations and handle staff grievances promptly.
· Creating healthy organizational culture to enhance quality of work life.
· Ensure availability of HR policies and rules to the staff members.
· Additionally support investees on HR process development and volunteer recruitment.

Desired education, skills and experience
· Graduate/Post-graduate/pursuing graduation in fields related to human resource management or relevant experience in HR field.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Multi-tasking ability and time management skills to deliver multiple projects within tight deadlines
· Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to build genuine relationships and mutually beneficial partnerships.
· Passion for being up to date on advances in HR field and testing new tools for human development.
