Assignment Details

• Work with the CEO and the Board to set the organisation’s fundraising strategy
• Work with the CEO to implement the strategy and hit fundraising targets
• Build an efficient fundraising operation
• Build and manage high-value partnerships in the marketplace
• Organising fundraising activites and events
• Writing proposals, applications for grants, building collaterals

This project can be delivered remotely with some travel to Mumbai

Skills Required

SKILLS - EXPERIENCE:

• A track record of successfully raising funds totalling at least Rs 2 Crores from trusts and foundations, corporates and individuals
• Experience setting and executing a fundraising strategy
• Strong team management skills
• Outstanding written and spoken communication skills
• Well connected in the fundraising, social entrepreneurship, high net worth and business communities

UnLtd India exists to be a launch pad for start-up social entrepreneurs in India. It finds, funds and supports exceptional individuals to enable them to develop as leaders, start up sustainable, high-impact initiatives, and prepares their fledgling organisations for growth and funding.

We work with social entrepreneurs (aka Fellows), typically in years 0-4 of their venture’s lifecycle, by providing (a) seed funding (b) hands-on support on critical areas of launching and growing a social venture and (c) high-value connections linking our social entrepreneurs with peers, subject-matter experts, and further funders. Over the last 7 years, UnLtd India has supported 134 Fellows across diverse sectors.
