Assignment Details

1. We have internal team of Product Managers and UX/UI designers. We want someone to come with substantial experience in e-commerce app launch and guide the team with expertise
2. Develop and implement strategies for specific modules of the product, keeping in mind needs of the business and also features that will make the platform stay differentiated  
3. Detailing out new product features – from conceptualising, to developing the business case to detailing out the detailed functionality  
4. Define product release timelines and testing and launch requirements, working closely with the technology and product team
5. Managing the tech and product team to ensure timely delivery
6. Building interactions and experience as reference points as well as feedback from customers and clients
7. Resolve user pain points by improving functionality and driving resolution of product issues by ensuring weekly platform testing sessions  
8. Reviewing data on a weekly basis (traffic, search etc) and identifying areas for improvement  
9. Stay abreast of what competition is doing as also products with potential synergies

Skills Required

1. Must have built an e-commerce app from scratch
2. Combination of an understanding of technology as well as business requirements
3. Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces through wire frames and mock ups
4. Strong business, managerial and analytical skills
5. Attention to detail and ownership to ensure things get done  
6. Having prior experience with mobile or web-platforms is a must  
7. Strong communication skills, and should be able to work collaboratively with the tech, marketing and operations teams
8. Innovation is a key responsibility in this role, and you must be a creative, passionate individual with a talent for research and ideation
