Assignment Details
RTI Global, India is looking for consultants who can assist them in project related activities which would broadly involve:
Use of sophisticated, research based and insightful communication for development campaigns preferably across the health domain or health related overlap areas of Public health (preferred domains: RMNCH+A, Noncommunicable diseases, gender)
Research, design and deliver communication initiatives to promote social and behavior change along with informed decision making
Theoretically grounded messaging, interventions and campaigns, disseminated and communicated using innovative methodologies
Leverage quantitative and qualitative inquiry to inform research, evaluation, drive behavior change and facilitate informed decision making
Synthesise understanding of social, environmental and personally held belief systems, attitudes, knowledge etc. to tailor messaging strategies to maximise impact
Conduct formative research, experimental studies, process and impact evaluations
Skills Required
Comfort with design thinking and familiarity with digital communication platforms
Excellent communications skills including written and presentation
Can formulate a coherent theory of change, develop evidence-based solutions, messaging and consistent outreach strategies
