Assignment Details

Job Description:

• Understand our Product and Process
• Finding and developing new ideas for web content.
• Creation of User Manuals (dynamic and interactive) in print and digital form
• Creation of Technical manuals with the help of the technical team
• Document validation
• Coordination with the team
• Write and validate the website content
• Timely delivery
• Status reporting

Skills Required

Skills:
• Excellent command over English language and grammar.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, oral & communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS office, HTML, DHTML.
• Knowledge of any Business Intelligence software tool
• Able to understand Management language & User Interface language.
• Should be logical when interpreting flow of information/ product/ web content/ etc.,
• Should be able to write Help routines in Applications
• Ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team

Experience in content writing for web site as well as User Manuals for software applications ( Mandatory )
