Assignment Details

We are a online retail brand looking for a consultant to help us understand our customers and target audience better through quantitative research, surveys.

The consultant will work with our team to provide consumer and sensory insights to shape and land new technologies for consumer delight and business relevance.

Roles and Responsibilities include :

Consumer insights –

- Design and conduct consumer researches (qualitative/quantitative) to deliver key insights to influence product pricing, introducing new categories, tweaking marketing techniques
- Consolidate sensory and appraisal insights to progress key projects for region

Skills Required

Must haves:
- High degree of objective analytical ability, ability to draw insights from data
- Consumer empathy – appreciation of consumer behavior
- R&D mindset and agility for quick deliveries
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication
- Excellent planning and organization abilities

- Skill and experience of working on Digital platforms for data capture and analytics.
- Understanding of relevant statistical methods for sensory is desirable.

- Experience of handling sensory work / statistics applications / consumer interfaces is highly desirable
- Experience of quantitative consumer research methods
