Assignment Details
We are looking for senior functional leaders to drive the finance transformation journeys as part of ongoing client engagements. The Consultant would be required to front-end and manage the entire transformation journey to an automated, digital finance function, and this will involve:
- Helping define the endstate ie what success looks like, as well as designing the
key strategies to get there e.g., investments in technology, process improvements,
organisation structure implications -- hhelping define an effective implementation
plan with clear milestones
- Owning key stakeholder management to ensure buy-in and ownership from the
clients along the journey
- Guiding and providing oversight to the implementation team
The Consultant would be required for a minimum of 4 days onsite. He/She would have to work out of either Delhi, Chennai or Bangalore locations.
Skills Required
Deep knowledge of all key aspects finance in a global well managed business - experience of having led finance innovation projects in previous companies
Excellent planning and stakeholder management skills
