Assignment Details

We are looking for people who have:

1. Experience of working on digitisation of processes across functions (HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales etc.)
2. Experience of working or deploying digitisation tools and processes like workflow tools, productivity monitoring tools, Task and project management tools like Bitrix 24, document management solutions (DMS), Electronic medical records, speech to text solutions, video analytics, Auto-Bots for repetitive tasks and data mining,
3. Should be able to detail scope of work, work with selected vendors to implement the solution as per design, user training and actual usage of the system. Reporting and actual change from such systems
4. Experience of working as part of the implementation team in big 4 consulting companies PwC, E&Y, Deloitte, KPMG or equivalent like Accenture. Experience in the healthcare sector will be an advantage.
5. Is able to develop detailed process maps. “As is” and “To Be” processes
6. Ability to support UAT for processes which are being developed
7. Expertise around transitioning organisations from “unstructured” work to time slot based, BPM led work
