Assignment Details

A top international strategy consulting firm is working with a leading private bank in South India to help them transform their MSME business. As part of this initiative, they are looking for experienced banking professionals to lead and coordinate key elements of the transformation program and the various change management initiatives and ensure they are implemented successfully.

Each Program Coordinator will be responsible end-to-end for a region and/or initiative and will provide critical change management capacity needed for the program. The specific project will involve the following:
1. Ensuring alignment across stakeholders in the region - regional leads, key branch heads, - on the implementation plan for the various change initiatives in their area.
2. Working directly with the Sales teams in the region to help problem solve issues, find workable situations and implement the same
3. Working with the regional leads to proactively identify areas that need help/support and coordinating with the Program Lead on making it happen
4. Devising and implementing ideas to generate enthusiasm and buy-in for the changes and the expected impact

Please keep in mind that this is an on-site project in Vijayawada.

Skills Required

1. Deep experience of either sales or risk in a reputed bank/NBFC in India
2. Experience of leading regional sales/BD teams will be a definite plus
