Assignment Details

Our client, a leading investment firm, is looking to engage with a Sales Consultant to support sales-force effectiveness initiative at one of their portfolio companies.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Understand and structure the key elements of a successful sales transformation process
2. Facilitating a diagnosis of the current Customer marketing, sales and distribution channels - in terms of performance as well as strength of the systems/processes
3. Identifying new opportunities for the client to consider to drive performance (growth, market share expansion) across market
4. Helping think through the right approaches to incentivise for transformative performance
5. Helping identify ideas to better engage with and improve outcomes for/at key channel partners

Note: The project will be based in Mumbai for its entire duration and will require full-time, on-site support for 6 months (extendable to 9 months)

Skills Required

Skills:
1. Extensive work experience in the Sales and Distribution domain.
2. Good knowledge of the Pharma Industry
3. Understanding of both Online and Offline Marketing Techniques as well as hands on experience in handling various sales & distribution channels
4. Hands on experience in Distributor and Retailer Management
5. Ability to innovate and develop strategy as well as lead practical day-to-day execution
6. Consultancy experience will be preferable
7. Experience in being a part of the SFE teams of any large/ medium-sized pharma company will be preferable
