Assignment Details

Our client, a leading pharma company is looking to engage with an IT consultant to partner with Business and the Finance teams mainly on the SAP FICON Platform.

Key Accountabilities:
1. Identification and recommendation of the right solution in line with IT road map to meet business requirements
• Requirement gathering post discussions with business/business process expert
• Provide data insights to business functions to ensure feasible solution is arrived
• Documentation of the proposed solution
• Collaborate with architecture and operations teams to ensure solution
compatibility with company standards
2. Implement project deliverables as per agreed timelines and budget
• Design, recommend & monitor implementation timelines and budget
• Regular technical/business issue resolutions
• Documentation of implementation solution and issue logs
• Conduct user acceptance tests
• Oversee launch of new solutions
• Ensure smooth and positive transition of the solution back to the business
function
3. Provide business as usual support as per SLA & budget
• Act as a single point of contact for all technology related issues
• Resolve issues raised by business users and identify business/technology
solutions for fixing them
• Vendor Management
4. Stakeholder management to ensure customer satisfaction
• Act as the key liaison across all functional areas, including business units, the
information technology department, and vendors
• Regularly review the priority pipeline
• Effectively communicate and align business units, internal IT team and vendors
on opportunities and risks

Key Interactions:

Internal: Respective Business Function- requirement gathering, expectation management & support
External: • IT Vendors – new requirements, changes to existing requirements, support related discussions, Industry Professionals-industry benchmarking.

Please note: Candidate from Mumbai are preferred

Skills Required

-Any graduate either in IT / Comp. Science stream OR additional course / PG done in IT / Comp. Science stream
- Strond Understanding of SAP FICO
-5+ years of technology/business function experience.
-Should have managed at least 1 end to end implementation.
