Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG organization, is looking to engage with a Consultant: Finance Business Partner for a 1 year long project based out of Mumbai.

Project Overview:

Capability building in Category Finance team to drive superior Cabinet governance, sharper performance management through automation of dashboards and monitoring and governing key Business KPIs. The consultant would be working for their Ice Cream Business Unit.

Expected Business Impact:

1)Enhanced Capability within Category Finance team to drive sharp performance management discussions on key business KPIs like Innovations, Cabinet Assurance etc;
2)Better collaboration within BG/BU teams on Key KPIs with enhanced data visibility with automation leading to higher transparency;
3)Richer and Sharper conversations within business to drive superior business performance;

Key Deliverables/ KPIs:

1)Facilitate, monitor and collaboration with local and global teams on monthly actuals, forecast and budgets;
2)Co-own the innovation framework and ensure accountability across functions on business case delivery;
3)Partnering with NRM and Marketing team to monitor, track and drive F4G agenda for NRM and ZBB costing in line with local and global targets;
4)Ensure strong governance on Cabinets – e.g. deployment/redeployment, scanning, TPT to ensure delivery in line with local and global ambitions;
5)Monthly Publish dashboards like SA IC Scorecard, FoG Scorecard to drive performance management discussions.

Scope of Work:

1)Key Point of Contact for Innovation Governance and ensuring business case delivery;
2)Partnering with IC CD team to ensure strong governance on Cabinet assurance;
3)Design and Automation of IC Scorecard for India and SA;
4)Collaboration with Internal stakeholders to socialize Scorecard way of working and make data easily available and accessible;
5)Partnering growth through new innovations / channels business cases, post launch evaluations;
6)Forge active stakeholder management between BD & R&D and Marketing Leads for innovations.

Note: This is a 1 year long project based out of Mumbai office.

Skills Required

1)Excellent engagement, presentation, and communication skills;
2)Ability to manage large and complex set of stakeholders & hold others accountable;
3)Working knowledge of S&OP and/or Annual Planning processes;
4)Strong analytical skills;
5)Technical expertise in Microsoft Office, Power BI
6) Strong experience in FP&A is required.
