Assignment Details
Our client, a leading global FMCG organization, is looking to engage with a Sustainability Finance Consultant (Chartered Accountant) for a 6+6 months project based out their Mumbai office.
The consultant would be required to Sustain and improve the organization's ESG rating position which is a key call out in their IOP this year.
KPI:
- Responsible for audits & sustainability audits
- OTIF ESG rating submissions in 2023 across DJSI, MSCI, CRISIL and Sustainalytics; Sustain and improve the scores over last year.
Scope of Work:
To liaise with cross functional stakeholders to land the ESG rating loss tree actions and submissions on time in full.
• Work with cross functional stakeholders to land the loss tree actions
• Run simulation of rating outcome basis actions executed
• Annual submission cycle for DJSI
• Annual submission of Sustainalytics Low carbon transition
• MSCI feedback portal to be reviewed at a quarterly frequency given the updates made and annual submission of responses
• CRISIL and Sustainalytics : one time analysis and feedback process annually post their unsolicited review outcome is shared with us.
Note: This is a 6+6 months project with full time capacity. The project is based out of Mumbai and is onsite in nature.
Skills Required
- ESG / Sustainability knowledge,
-Chartered Accountant with experience in Audits, Sustainability Audits
- Experience in handling ESG rating submission projects like DJSI, MSCI, CRISIL, Sustainalytics
- Stakeholder management,

- Well versed with Ms Office Suite- Excel, PPT, Power Bi
