Our client, a multinational FMCG company, is looking to onboard a Compensation and Rewards Specialist who can help them develop rewards packages for employees in line with South Asia rewards team on policies, design, structure etc.
Roles and Responsibilities include :
- Manage the Reward workstream for the client in India for the duration of the project
- Work in tandem with the team to undertake the annual salary benchmarking exercise
- Engage with HR partners and other stakeholders for providing reward expertise
- Lead, design, and manage a couple of global projects for the South Asia region (India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh)
- Work through the Reward harmonization exercise for various critical projects
Note: Although this is a remote project, the consultant would be expected to travel to Mumbai periodically.
- The candidate has to be detail-oriented and structured
- Must have 5-6 years of Reward experience
- Operational efficiency with consistent focus on on-time, high quality delivery is a must
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and exercise confidentiality
