Assignment Details

Our client, an American multinational manufacturer of confectionery and pet foods is looking to engage with a Consultant: Trade Marketing Manager for a minimum 4 months project based out of Delhi NCR.

Key Deliverables:

The Consultant is required to work on the following:
- Responsible for working on trade spend and sales OH management in FMCG set up;
- Responsible for working in scheme management at Pan India level;
- Responsible to work on RTM (Requirements Traceability Matrix) Management and channel level spend management;
- Responsine to work in cost control and compliance of trade scheme and salesman spend management;
- Responsibe in managing DMS teams, claim team;
- Responsible for conducting Market audits/ distributor audits.

Note: This is 4 months project (onsite - Delhi NCR) and requires full-time capacity.

Skills Required

- Prior experience working as sales commercial manager/ trade marketing manager is preferred;
- Prior experience working on trade spend and sales OH management in FMCG setup (FMCG set up is a must);
- ZBB experience is a must;
- Prior experience working in RTM management, channel level spend management;
- Prior experience in market audits, distributor audits is preferred.
