Experienced in Organization Development (include Organization Design, Job description, Job Evaluation, Organization Culture) and Talent Management (include Competency Management, Performance Management, Career Management, Leadership and Succession Planning, Remuneration & Reward).
Industry experience: preferably in Retail, Fashion or fast moving consumer goods (FMCG).
