Assignment Details

With the rapid growth of Kanmo Retail Group(KRG), in terms of business and its human capital, inevitably the growth will strain on KRG Human Resources Management practice and Human Resource function. KRG envision the needs for HR transformation and build a strong and integrated HR platform; to become a world class HR function within KRG and to assist KRG on organisation development and talent management.

Hence, the HR transformation will be implemented in KRG which will emphasize on OD and Talent Management Development. The deliverables of the consultant would be:


1. Revisit and revise current job description
2. Review job evaluation and grading
3. Review current benefit package
4. Develop competency catalogue and profile
5. Develop training matrix and program
6. Revisit Key Performance Indicators(KPIs)
7. Revisit and improve current Performance Evaluation and Management
8. Develop Talent Mapping
9.Design career path and succession plan (leadership)

Skills Required

Experienced in Organization Development (include Organization Design, Job description, Job Evaluation, Organization Culture) and Talent Management (include Competency Management, Performance Management, Career Management, Leadership and Succession Planning, Remuneration & Reward).

Industry experience: preferably in Retail, Fashion or fast moving consumer goods (FMCG).
