Assignment Details

One of our client's is looking for a consultant to support in PMI (post-merger integration) related work.

The Consultant would be required from early / mid Dec for a period of 3 months on a minimum 2 days/ week basis.

Details of the support would be shared with the shortlisted consultants only.

Skills Required

Significant experience in the PMI support across functions (specifically finance integration, along with HR/ IT etc.)

In-depth experience and knowledge of managing PMO (project management office) / IMO (integration management office) for the PMI exercise

Specialization in finance function would be preferred
