Assignment Details

Our Client, a leading consulting firm is currently working on manpower optimization for a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and they are looking out for experts.

Key responsibilities :
- Conducting time and motion study (and other manpower-related studies)
- Suggest initiatives to optimize the workforce as per targets in areas of production, packing, warehousing, quality, engineering and administration.

*The role is based out of Hyderabad and requires full time(on-site) capacity for two weeks.*

Skills Required

- We are looking for an expert who is focused in industrial analysis and has experience in manpower optimization studies.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Result oriented, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
-Strong execution capabilities & result orientation
