Assignment Details

Seeking an experienced senior HR consultant with demonstrated success in leading organizational change management initiatives. The incumbent will need to be an exceptional communicator with proven expertise in trainings, policy formation as well as writing and creating compelling communication materials in the forms of employee handbooks, policies and training material.

• Formulate, implement, train and codify key organizational policies including Performance management, learning & development, Sexual Harassment, Leave Management, Ethics and all relevant segments in a detailed Organizational Employee Handbook.
• Develop, implement and assess efficacy of training material for the team in Business Communication especially email etiquette.
• Develop, implement and assess efficacy of trainings on organizational culture and high-performance team requirements such as proper communication, accountability and ownership.
• Design, recommend and implement systemic processes for timely performance feedback & reviews
• Identify specific learning & development requirements for team members and create an annual L&D plan for 2020-21
• Codify above change requirements into interactive and high-engagement learning methods which can be completed during a company offsite

Skills Required

• At least 10+ Years of diverse HR Experience
• Multi-Industry Corporate experience
• Demonstrated success in High-performance Team building
• Organizational Culture training
• Learning & Development expertise
• SME Business transformation experience
• Leadership Training experience
- Patient and able to work with diverse set of people
- Analytical to observe interactions and identify problems areas and plausible solutions
- Articulate in explaining and bringing people on-board with identified solutions
- Passionate & Invested in the successful outcome of change programs
- Result-oriented
