Assignment Details

Our client, a career growth & soft skills development platform for Millennials is looking to engage with a part-time Chief Technology Officer.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
2. Build the Tech Road Map over the next 2-3 years in line with the vision of the product.
3. Asses the current technical architecture and determine if it is suitable for scalability.
4. Identify tech related gaps and challenges in the short term and recommend best in class solutions.
5. Issue the right mandate to third party developers to ensure building of the right features and functionality for the product.

Note - This is a 3 month part-time project requiring 8-10 hours support a week based in Gurgaon.

Skills Required

1. Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role
2. Should have rich experience in building the tech road-map for a content/CMS related tech product (front end + back end)
3. Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
4. Ability to conduct technological analysis and research
5. Leadership and organizational abilities
