Assignment Details

Bodhi Health Education provides tech based human capital efficiency solutions to healthcare providers. These include assessment solutions and in-service training platform essentially for nursing and dentists.

We are in discussions with a leading non Indian doctor aggregation platform- refereed to as the Company

This Company differentiates from other competitors in this space by their focus solely on the patient. We are developing a business case for collaboration.

This development of business case involves competitor mapping and how the landscape is moving, detailed SWOT analysis and how (and if) a solution like Bodhi would add to the competitive advantage/differentiation of the Company .

Also need to have a calculation of the increase in revenues for the Company and Bodhi- this is key part of the business proposal.

Bodhi Health Education provides tech based medical education solutions for healthcare professionals working in hospital chains. The Company has been incubated by IIM Calcutta Innovation Park and received seed funding from IIM Ahmedabad's Centre for Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship.
