Bajaj Finserv is setting up a Group Learning Academy (GLA) to consolidate and focus on the L&D efforts across various businesses and functions. The goal is to help operational teams build current and future capabilities in functional and managerial areas to better deliver on business priorities.
The GLA comprises Schools of Functional Excellence as well as Leadership Schools. The Schools of Functional Excellence are being established for core areas of operations (e.g., sales, collections, and analytics) - we are currently looking for support to help develop the school of collections.
We are looking for a seasoned consultant to conduct a diagnosis of the key areas requiring focus in terms of learning & skill building in the Collections domain which will subsequently translate to training modules to address these needs/gaps. The role would primarily involve;
1. Understanding of the current collections process and analysing performance metrics to gauge needs attention Vs going well
2. Developing a framework of the diagnostic based on above analysis while making use of the prior collections experience function
3. Conducting 15-25 interviews with managers across levels to understand issues or areas where they would like support (for themselves or their teams)
4. Synthesizing the top 5-7 areas needing focus e.g., how to use data to improve performance, etc
5. Providing other inputs into the design of potential workshops for L&D purposes
Excellent analysis, diagnostic and data analysis skills
Prior experience with a consulting firm working on financial services topics is expected
Significant experience in collections and operations ideally in a financial services environment
Strong communications skills and ability to interact effectively with mid to senior stakeholders
