Assignment Details

Bajaj Finserv is setting up a Group Learning Academy (GLA) to consolidate and focus on the L&D efforts across various businesses and functions. The goal is to help operational teams build current and future capabilities in functional and managerial areas to better deliver on business priorities.

The GLA comprises Schools of Functional excellence as well as leadership schools. The school of functional excellence are being established for core areas of operations (e.g., sales, collections, and analytics) - we are currently looking for support to help develop the school of sales.

We are looking for seasoned sales professionals with experience in strong sales cultures from the FMCG, Consumer Durable or BFSI domains to help us in setting up a Sales Academy. The consultant should have prior experience in sales training and will work with the internal HR, Learning & Development teams to design and deliver impactful functional training modules. The project would involve:

1. Understand the current sales process and analyze performance metrics
2. Provide inputs in terms of what needs attention vs is going well, based on experiences of high performing sales organisations and cultures.
3. Work with the L&D team to design the learning program, and develop content for the sales team
4. Design and deliver programs for sales professionals across levels & locations- exact calendar to be developed jointly

Skills Required

Excellent training and presentation skills
Prior experience in sales training function and setting up sales academy
Strong communications skills and ability to interact effectively with mid to senior stakeholders
Strong grasp of sales concepts and processes
