Bajaj Finserv, a part of Bajaj Holdings & Investments Limited, is an Indian financial services company focused on lending, asset management, wealth management and insurance.
Bajaj Finserv is setting up a Group Learning Academy (GLA) to consolidate and focus on the L&D efforts across various businesses and functions. The goal is to help operational teams build current and future capabilities in functional and managerial areas to better deliver on business priorities.
The GLA comprises Schools of Functional Excellence as well as Leadership Schools. The Schools of Functional Excellence are being established for core areas of operations (e.g., sales, collections, and analytics) - we are currently looking for support to help develop the school of collections.
Looking for an experienced L&D consultant to design a 12-18 month journey-based leaning program for the collections domain to address the gaps and focus areas identified through our recent diagnostic. The Consultant would be required to:
1. Review the findings of the diagnostic and share insights / thoughts if any
2. Pressure test the findings (if needed) through targeted interviews and discussions with the senior team
3. Define the modules as well as the formats needed for the program which includes workshops, learning engagements as well as other interventions
Excellent analysis, communication and writing skills
Significant experience in the L&D function
Good knowledge of the BFSI sector
