BFL is building a functional capability development program for the Risk teams across the organisation.
We are looking for seasoned risk professionals from the banking sector to work with the internal HR, Learning & Development teams to design and deliver impactful functional training modules. The project would involve:
1. Provide an outside – in perspective of how macro-economic and micro-economic factors would impact the business and assessment of risk
2. Help identify frameworks/structured approaches that risk teams can use to understand issues, define/propose policies in-line with their analysis
3. Work with the L&D team to design & develop content for a learning blueprint to translate these concepts and approach into practice through the various risk teams
4. Deliver training programs for risk professionals across levels - exact involvement during this phase of the consultant can be determined jointly.
Skills Required
Prior experience in risk management and setting up a risk function ideally in the banking/ BFSI domain
Strong grasp of risk management concepts and frameworks
Strong communications skills and ability to interact effectively with mid to senior stakeholders
