Assignment Details

We would like to create a 4D model for a large scale mining and processing plant. However, we would first like to start with a test case of building a model of the acid plant, which is a critical part of the project. This test case (to be executed over 3 weeks) will be presented to the board of directors. Once the test case is approved, we plan to roll out 4D modeling for the entire plant. The broad objectives of the 4D model would be:
1. to ensure that on-site assembly and construction is free of delays
2. to manage inbound logistics ensuring on-time, on-spec arrival of all construction inputs
3. to model what if scenarios for predicting accuracy in schedule
4. to develop and integrate IT systems ensuring that every human being and every piece of equipment has a detailed daily schedule to follow

Skills Required

The SME is expected to have executed such 4D models for process driven industries such as chemical, oil & gas etc.
