We are looking for a Consultant to help develop a segment strategy work and tactical action plan across Distributors, F&B and Mining sectors.
The primary aim of the Consultant would be to develop a 3-5 year segment marketing strategy and 12 month FY tactical delivery plan, including:
- Market Overview (structure, trends, competitor analysis, innovation)
- SWOT
- Risk Assessment
- Marketing Objectives (strategic focus, product positioning, value proposition, market
extension, target customers)
- Marketing Strategies (4Ps) and 12 month tactical delivery plan
- KPIs / KRAs
- Resourcing
The process would necessarily involve external research, interviews with key internal stakeholders (to be jointly identified) and key suppliers, potentially also customers if possible/required.
1. Consulting exp from tier -1 firms is mandatory
2. Understanding of market research techniques and ability to draw conclusions from the data
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to summarize complex information in a clear and concise manner
4. Excellent planning & analytical skills
