The Rewards Consultant will be accountable for delivering of high quality and effective solution for our clients in the area of Rewards. Ensure the output for a portfolio of high quality remuneration surveys within given time-frames. This incorporates checking incoming data integrity, liaising with external clients and internal employees and reviewing survey results for accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage projects (single / double modules) independently (ensuring high quality, timeliness and profitability targets met);
• Deliver high quality, effective solutions for our clients in the areas of rewards / benefit surveys, designing of salary structures , short term incentives and conducting job evaluation;
• Provide deep insights and meaningful client information from data collated;
• Work with senior consultants to develop client solutions and recommendations related to compensation and benefits;
• Present solutions and recommendations independently in a structured and articulate manner to senior client management team;
• Lead and manage client relationships that grow and develop into key business relationships.

Consultants with the above mentioned specific skills will be preferred. The project location is Bangkok, however people located in other parts of the world can also be considered.
Though the project duration is 12 months, it can however get extended or converted into a full time role depending on performance and mutual agreement
• Relevant experience in the human resources field specializing in the areas of compensation and benefits (survey, data management, job evaluation, salary structuring, short term incentive design). Prior consulting experience will be an added advantage.
• Has broad knowledgeable about day-to-day HR operations and how information issues integrate with HR functions and other areas of the organization.
• Excellent business communication and writing skills – especially report writing.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong project management skills, able to independently run small projects, ensuring quality, timeliness and profitability.
• Proven client management or account management skills.
• Enjoys building relationships and is a team player.
