Our client an Indian Biopharmaceutical company is seeking for a Junior MIS Analyst, who will be closely working with the Finance Function at the Client location in Bangalore full time Onsite.

The Finance is one of the major pillars and an essential ingredient to a successful business. More particularly, Development finance team partners with global R&D, PM, Clinical and other teams to ensure timely identification and fulfilment of demand for the drugs across the globe and provides critical finance support to the organizational objectives.

The Key Responsibilities on the role -
-Responsibility for financial metrics, reporting, budgetary planning, forecasting and analysis for R&D and Development functions
• Partner with global R&D and other Development teams by providing data driven financial and business insights
• Work closely with cross functional teams and support timely fulfilment of demand • Evaluate and mitigate financial risks of new business opportunities
• Support business case preparation for entry into new geographies for new molecules
• Develop and maintain MIS reporting by collating and analyzing finance/ operational data pertaining to Development activities
• Partner in ensuring development activities meet and improve key performance indicators
• Prepare yearly/ quarterly budget and drive the process of forecasting
• Perform in-depth variance analysis of deviations from comparative period/ budgets

Skills Required

1. A Master's Degree in Finance - MBA-Finance or a CA is mandatory
2. Must have extremely strong MS Excel skills.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
4. Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment
5. Maturity, professionalism, and high level of discretion are required
6.Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
7. Independent worker and analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems

Freshers completed CA and MBA Finance can apply.
