Assignment Details

Our client, a trade association of Indian Information Technology and Business Process Outsourcing industry, is looking to engage with a consultant who can carry out primary and secondary tech research. The client would like to onboard the consultant on a long term basis (approx 1 year). Ideally, they would like the consultant to come to their office once a week in Noida.

Roles and responsibilities include :
- Write well-researched long form (1000-1500 words) articles to short summaries (within 500 words) articles
- Write case studies and make concise presentations based on the research
- Employ specialized quantitative and/or qualitative research tools, methods, and technical skills to support some or all phases of research
- Collect and analyze data, and communicate the results of these analyses to decision-makers
- Collaborate with team to create deliverables ranging from deep technical documentation to executive level readouts

Skills Required

Must Have
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively are necessary
- Ability to conduct research on technology topics, technology companies
- Write summaries and short form reports on their research
- Ability to explain a technology concept in simple terms in verbal and written form
- Excellent English reading, speaking and writing skills
- Research experience
- Work experience of at least 8 years
- Ability to visit office in Noida at least once a week

Good to have
- Good story writing skills
- Ability to write 500 to 1000 word articles
- Ability to write case studies
- Ability to summarize a 50 page research report into a 3 page executive summary
