We are looking for an extremely seasoned and mature HR consultant who can work with the CEO and Senior Management to drive key people initiatives as part of our journey to build a culture focused on innovation.
A few key responsibilities will include:
1. Helping identify best practices globally that foster innovation from within pharma/biotech and other tech industries
2. Define specific initiatives to help lay the foundation for an innovation driven culture including
- Designing the right organisation structure needed to achieve the company's vision
- Thinking through the appropriate performance management initiatives needed to build motivation and engagement
- Identifying opportunities for skill building for the team
3. Helping develop an effective implementation plan with clear milestones and syndicate the same with key stakeholders within HR and beyond
4. Providing support on other critical people priorities for the CEO, Senior Management including leadership hiring.
This is a 6 months project requiring part time onsite capacity in Bangalore
Strong experience as an HR Business Partner with strong global exposure
Extensive knowledge of core HR policies, systems and practices
Experience being an HRBP and interpreting, advising and implementing HR policies in conjunction with business
Verbal & written communication skills to communicate with diverse client stakeholders across the globe
Experience in designing organisation structure and policies for a fast growing company or a start up would be a plus
Experience in designing and implementing organisation culture and communication programs
An Indian biopharmaceutical company manufacturing generic active pharmaceutical ingredients that are sold in over 120 countries across the globe
